Recently, CHCD has successfully broken through the bottleneck of the ultra-short welding process for the stator of Minipin motor, and launched a brand-new product with mass-production capability.
In recent years, laser deep fusion welding process dominates the manufacturing of new energy flatline motor Minipin, with fusion area ≤ 80% and pulling force ≤ 400 N. The short welding process developed by CHCD can shorten the size of welded end by 6-8mm compared with the hairpin product, with fusion area ≥100% and pulling force ≥ 600 N under the condition of no ablation of the paint film, providing more space for the compact design of the electric drive system and at the same time, providing more space for the compact design of the electric drive system.
While providing more space for the compact design of the electric drive system, the internal resistance of the stator is reduced by 2-4%, which reduces the heat generation and makes the flatline motor run more efficiently.
The breakthrough of Minipin stator short welding process demonstrates CHCD’s technological heritage and innovative ability. In the future, CHCD will continue to uphold the innovation spirit of science and technology first, and constantly break through the technical barriers, contributing more wisdom and strength to the development of new energy industry.
