Recently, CHCD formally introduces a fully automatic carton folding machine to further enhance the level of production intelligence, realizing the automation upgrading of the packaging link. Through innovative pneumatic control technology, this equipment completely abandons the traditional adhesive tape or hot melt adhesive bonding process, which significantly improves the packaging efficiency and environmental performance, marking a key step in the field of intelligent manufacturing of CHCD motors.
Automatic Feeding: The operator puts the neatly stacked carton boards on the equipment shelf, and the equipment automatically separates and conveys them to the molding station.
Intelligent molding: When the electric eye detects the product in place, the PLC system immediately starts the pneumatic device to drive the pressure plate to press down accurately, and synchronously complete the folding and locking of the left and right button pages.
Automatic output: the molded carton is smoothly transported to the discharge port through the transfer device, and then directly enter the next cartoning process, without manual intervention.
